It happens often: an integration, a language or a feature nobody had planned. We treat it as separate scope, explain what it means in time and cost, and only continue once you have approved it in writing.

Because no two projects are the same. A 30-product catalogue, an integration with your ERP or a second language change the real work a lot, and a flat rate would end up charging you too much or too little. Each plan sets the starting point and the quote is shaped to your scope. You receive it in writing after a call, with no commitment.
We start with a call to understand what you really need. We then prepare a written proposal with what is included, the fixed price, the payment terms, the revision rounds and the timeline. If it works for you, we start; if not, no hard feelings.
The timeline is set in the proposal based on your project's scope and starts once we receive all your content (copy, images and catalogue). We commit to the dates we give you in writing. If content arrives in pieces, the clock starts once everything is in.
For the corporate website and the Essential plan: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For Professional, in milestones: 40% upfront, 30% on design approval and 30% on delivery. For custom projects, milestones are defined in the proposal. Nothing is billed outside what was agreed in writing.
Each plan includes its revision rounds: one for Essential and the corporate website, two for Professional. A round gathers all your comments on what was delivered and we apply them in one go. Anything that extends the scope — a new section, another integration, more catalogue — is quoted separately and only goes ahead with your written approval.
Each plan includes real working hours per month: 1 on Base, 4 on Growth and 10 on Partner. They go towards whatever you need: changes, content, improvements or support. They do not roll over, and if you need more in a given month, we confirm them with you first.
The minimum term and cancellation conditions are set out in writing in each plan's proposal, so you know them before signing up. Billing is monthly and you can switch plans, effective the following month.
